Locks of Love

Everyone knows the month of February is all about one thing- LOVE. At the Black Swan Salon, we love a lot of things: our products (AVEDA), our Black Swan family, and of course our CLIENTS!!! We believe in a lot of things, including helping those in need when we can. Donating to Locks of Love is one of the many things we do to try to help our community. We always ask clients who are about to cut a lot of length off their hair if they would like to donate to locks of love. We also have a few clients who grow their hair just to cut it and donate!

You don't know what locks of love is? It is a non-profit organization that uses donated hair to create hair pieces and wigs for children under the age of 21 suffering from long term medical hair loss from any diagnosis. Their mission is to restore self confidence and normalcy to children who are effected by alopecia areata.
